Reah Santangelo CAC II, CSWC
Hello, I’m Reah Santangelo, an MSW Clinical Candidate with a specialization in School Counseling and Trauma-Informed Care. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve supported individuals and families through addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental challenges, and high-intensity crisis situations. I’m currently pursuing my Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) certification to further enhance my ability to provide integrated and compassionate care.
My therapeutic approach is customized to each client’s needs, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brain Synchronization Therapy (BST), and solution-focused therapy. I aim to support clients in developing healthy coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and creating sustainable change.
Outside of the therapy room, I am deeply committed to community service. I have volunteered extensively with organizations supporting mental health, foster youth, homelessness, and animal welfare.
Legal Support & Consultations
I also offer supportive, non-clinical consultations for clients navigating family court or working with legal professionals:
Family Court Consultation (via Zoom, 30 minutes): $65
In-Person Consultation with Your Legal Team: $120/hour
Please note: These sessions are not covered by insurance and must be paid in advance. I do not provide legal advice—only emotional support and insights based on our work together.
Niki Arriaga LPC
Hi, I’m Niki—a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in therapy for children, teens, and young adults. I create a supportive, client-centered space where individuals can explore their emotions, heal from trauma, and develop lifelong skills for emotional well-being.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Brain Synchronization Therapy (BST). These methods help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.
I also incorporate mindfulness practices and motivational interviewing to foster self-awareness, self-worth, and lasting positive change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’m here to support your journey.
Through a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, I aim to empower each client to reclaim their story, reconnect with their inner strength, and build a hopeful future.
