Our Team
Reah Santangelo CAC II, CSWC
Hello, I’m Reah Santangelo, Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in School Counseling and Trauma-Informed Care. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve supported individuals and families through addiction recovery, intellectual and developmental challenges, and high-intensity crisis situations. I am a CACII Therapist and Trained In Trauma Therapy, Brain Synchronization ( BST).
My therapeutic approach is customized to each client’s needs, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. I aim to support clients in developing healthy coping strategies, improving emotional regulation using Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness and Grounding Trainings, and other modules to help support
healing from trauma.
Outside of the therapy room, I am deeply committed to community service. I sit on multiple Board for non profits, and volunteered extensively with organizations supporting mental health, foster youth, homelessness, and animal welfare.
Legal Support & Consultations
I also offer supportive, non-clinical consultations for clients navigating family court or working with legal professionals:
Family Court Consultation (via Zoom, 30 minutes): $65
In-Person Consultation with Your Legal Team: $120/hour
Please note: These sessions are not covered by insurance and must be paid in advance. I do not provide legal advice.
Niki Arriaga LPC
Hi, I’m Niki—a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in therapy for children, teens, and young adults. I create a supportive, client-centered space where individuals can explore their emotions, heal from trauma, and develop lifelong skills for emotional well-being.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Brain Synchronization Therapy (BST). These methods help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.
I also incorporate mindfulness practices and motivational interviewing to foster self-awareness, self-worth, and lasting positive change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I’m here to support your journey.
Through a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, I aim to empower each client to reclaim their story, reconnect with their inner strength, and build a hopeful future.
Melissa McMath MA, Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Melissa—a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist with a Master’s degree from Adams State College. Since 2004, I’ve supported children, teens, adults, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges with care and empathy.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. With younger clients, I use play therapy and creative interventions, and with couples and families, I focus on improving communication and conflict resolution.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m a part-time psychology instructor and have led domestic violence and empowerment groups, parenting programs, and incorporate mindfulness, art, and meditation into sessions. My goal is to create a safe, accepting space where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered on their path to healing and growth.
Please note: Melissa is not currently accepting new clients.
